The Family Shoveller Band is made up of family members that was introduce to music at a young age. Petha Shoveller whom is the youngest daughter, sings and plays the percussion as well as Keys. Francis Shoveller rocks it on the drums and now added more groove and style with a fusion of pop rock reggae. Billy-Jo Shoveller sings and plays the guitar, enjoys his talent and drives himself further with other instruments, Jordan Wright plays the bass and grew up alongside the Shoveller family from a teenager attending the local school, and not forgotten the famous Frankie Shoveller, the man who’s behind the scene that taught all of the band members and father to them all.
Family Shoveller Band has been developing its music as years go by. Singing songs about the Land in our traditional language. The Family is always writing songs and making new music. Our music is a mixture of all type of music starting from country to now where it is as a Fusion Pop Rock Reggae.
